This brush is designed to support lymphatic flow, reduce puffiness, and sculpt the face by using gentle, directional strokes that follow natural lymph pathways. Use on clean skin. Use very light pressure. Lymph is superficial, slow, and prefers rhythm. Aim for slow, even strokes, about 3–5 seconds per stroke. If you feel pain or pulling, ease up.
1. Clean hands thoroughly, then cleanse the face to remove any dirt, makeup or excess oils.
2. Sit upright or lie at a slight incline, keep the head relaxed, shoulders dropped.
3. Start at the clavicle - Use 4–6 very gentle downward strokes across the clavicle area to “open” the drainage points, moving from the center outward toward each shoulder. This primes the system.
4. Neck sweep - Using light pressure, sweep the brush downward along each side of the neck, from behind the ears down to the clavicle, 6–8 times per side. Always move toward the clavicle.
5. Jawline - From the chin, sweep along the jawline toward the earlobe. Use 5–8 strokes per side. Keep strokes long and continuous, angling the brush so the contact area hugs the bone.
6. Under-eye to cheek - Very gently sweep from the inner corner under the eye toward the temple and then to the ear. Use feather-light pressure, 4–6 strokes per side. Avoid aggressive rubbing of thin under-eye skin.
7. Cheeks - Sweep from the center of the face, next to the nose, outward across the cheek toward the ear. Repeat 6–10 times per side, finish by guiding toward the neck and clavicle.
8. Mid-face - Sweep from the side of the nose under the cheekbone up toward the temple and then down behind the ear, continuing to the clavicle, 4–6 strokes.
9. Forehead - Starting at the center hairline, sweep outward and slightly up toward the temples, then guide toward the ear and down the neck. Repeat across sections of the forehead.
10. Finish with 3–4 long, gentle downward strokes from behind the ear down to the clavicle on each side, and one final light sweep across both clavicles.
Frequency
Daily is fine for most people, 3–5 minutes per day for maintenance. For acute puffiness, you can use a 10–12 minute session once a day for a few days. If you are post-operative, check with your provider before using.
-
After each use, rinse the brush head under warm running water to remove oil and skin debris.
Apply a gentle antibacterial soap or a mild cleanser to the bristles, lather gently with your fingers, then rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.
For deeper cleaning once per week, soak the brush head in a solution of warm water and 1–2 teaspoons of gentle soap or a splash of white vinegar for 5–10 minutes, then rinse well.
Shake off excess water, gently blot the brush on a clean towel, then air dry bristle-side down or lying flat on a clean towel in a well-ventilated area. Avoid storing face-down on surfaces where moisture will collect.
Do not put the brush in a hot dryer or direct sun, as it can damage the bristles or glue.
Replace the brush if bristles become deformed, discolored, or begin to shed significantly.
Storage
Keep in a dry, ventilated place, not in the shower. Once the brush is completely dry, you can store in the provided case.
