Virtual Offerings Policy & Disclaimer

By participating in any virtual offerings provided by Beachbum Wisdom LLC (Naima), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Intake

Upon purchasing your virtual skin or energy service, you will receive a confirmation email with scheduling options and a link to a detailed client intake form.
Your intake form (including current skin photos) must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours prior to your session. Please check all inboxes, including spam or promotions folders, to ensure you receive all communication.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Any rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to complete your intake form on time, notify of changes, or attend your session will result in a non-refundable cancelled appointment. Rescheduling more than once will also result in a non-refundable cancellation due to limited availability. Virtual sessions are considered confirmed and non-refundable once payment is received.

Duration & Payment

Each virtual session is allotted a specific time frame. Should your consultation extend beyond the designated time, additional time will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Payment for extra time is due immediately upon receipt of invoice following the session.

The information provided during your session is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any concerns or conditions related to your health or skin. If irritation, discomfort, or adverse reactions occur at any point during or after implementing recommendations, discontinue use and contact your healthcare professional.

Technical Considerations

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection, adequate lighting, and a functioning device for the session. Beachbum Wisdom LLC is not responsible for technical issues such as connectivity problems, software incompatibility, or device malfunctions that may affect your experience.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All consultations are conducted with discretion and respect for your privacy. However, because virtual communication cannot be guaranteed as fully secure, please refrain from sharing overly sensitive or personal information.

Recording & Intellectual Property

Recording or reproducing any part of the consultation (audio, video, or written materials) is strictly prohibited. All protocols, treatment plans, skincare prescriptions, and educational materials provided are the intellectual property of Beachbum Wisdom LLC and are for your personal use only. Redistribution, sharing, or commercial use of these materials is not permitted.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in a virtual consultation, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with skincare and energy wellness services, including possible allergic reactions or sensitivities. Beachbum Wisdom LLC and Naima Woodson shall not be held liable for any injury, reaction, or damages resulting from participation or product use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beachbum Wisdom LLC disclaims any and all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in virtual services. By scheduling and participating in a virtual offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the above policies and terms.
